That explains why Yelp would not remove a false review of our business by a customer that violated many of Yelp guidelines. This customer posted under an assumed name and location and had family members gang up on us by posting negative reviews. This customer has her own site with five 5-star reviews (with at least one from a family member), and her site has the “enhanced” features your video mentions which are provided by Yelp for a monthly charge. Of course, Yelp would favor the client who provides monthly income! Thanks for the informative video.

1- remove all your 1 and 2 star reviews that you have written for other businesses (your 3, 4, and 5 star reviews can remain in place )
2- close your yelp account after you have deleted your 1 and 2star reviews.
*** In order to qualify, you must have written at least 25 or more reviews before 11/1/2012.
